The highly anticipate LOCKN’ festival just revealed who the “Friends” are that will accompany Phil Lesh in this year’s performance. They include Page McConnell of Phish, Joe Russo of Joe Russo’s Almost Dead), Jon Fishman, and The Infamous Stringdusters on Saturday. The combination of these artists, especially Phil Lesh with Jon Fishman and Joe Russo is especially exciting, as the combination will emulate the double-drumming style of the Grateful Dead. Moreover, Sunday’s “Friends” include Chris Robinson Brotherhood with special guest Gary Clark Jr.
